Accessibility Statement

Commitment

SYNRADX TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L. aims to make IMORAY usable by as many professionals as possible, including people using a keyboard, zoom, high-contrast mode or assistive technologies. Accessibility is treated as a continuing product requirement.

Scope

This statement covers the IMORAY web application and our own legal pages. Content, pages and documents controlled by third-party providers are outside SYNRADX's direct control.

Implemented measures

Depending on the surface, the application includes:

• keyboard navigation and activation for principal controls;
• accessible names, visible focus and logical ordering;
• light and dark themes and text scalable through browser zoom;
• states that do not rely on colour alone;
• dictation buttons with an accessible name and explicit unavailable state;
• text messages for errors, processing, incorrect clinical language and audio recovery;
• typing as an alternative to dictation;
• dialog closure by dedicated button or Escape, without accidental outside-click loss where unsaved content exists.

Known limitations

Some dense surfaces, the image-and-marker atlas, charts, drag and drop, generated documents and provider components may have incomplete screen-reader or keyboard-only support. A waveform is an additional cue and is not the only recording indicator.

We do not yet claim independent certification or complete conformance with a particular WCAG level across the whole application. Testing and remediation continue as features change.

Alternatives

If a feature cannot be used:

• use the text field instead of the microphone;
• use buttons and keyboard commands instead of drag and drop;
• request a reasonable alternative format for documentation controlled by us;
• contact us for support without patient data.

Feedback

Send the issue to support@imoray.app, including the page, browser, assistive technology and expected result. Do not include patient data or screenshots with identifiable clinical content. We will acknowledge receipt and prioritise according to impact.
