IMORAY is operated by SYNRADX TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., a Romanian company with its registered office at Municipiul Brașov, Județul Brașov, Strada Zaharia Stancu, No. 8, Block 4, Floor 6, Apartment 601, Romania, unique registration code 55403248 and trade register number J2026049057009.

Share capital: RON 1,000.

As of this version, the company is not a VAT payer (Article 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code), with the VAT number RO55738820 for intra-Community transactions (Article 317 of the Romanian Fiscal Code). Its tax ID is not a VAT number. Invoices reflect the tax status applicable on the transaction date.

Do not send patient names, national identification numbers, case numbers, medical images or other patient identifiers by email.

About IMORAY

IMORAY is a software service for adult natural persons buying for personal use as well as radiology professionals and organisations. It provides a workspace for reporting, dictation, structuring, documentation and productivity. AI-assisted outputs are editable working texts and require verification by a qualified user before any professional use.

IMORAY is not a healthcare provider, healthcare facility, PACS/RIS system or emergency service. It does not sign, professionally stamp or autonomously transmit a medical report and does not replace professional judgement.

Access and contracting

New subscriptions are available directly from SYNRADX to customers with a billing address in Romania (consumers and business customers) and in other European Union member states (consumers and businesses with a VAT number valid in VIES), and through Link to businesses in the other member states without a valid VAT number and to customers in the countries shown at checkout. We do not sell in other countries.

Personal and team subscriptions may be bought by a natural person in their own name as a consumer, or by a person acting for professional or business purposes. Only orders on behalf of a company or organisation require confirmation of authority to bind the payer. Consumer status is determined by the real purpose and capacity in which the contract is made, not merely by a selected label.

The contract is formed by accepting the applicable documents, creating an account and, for a paid service, submitting the order that unambiguously indicates an obligation to pay. Before ordering, the customer is shown at least the plan features and limits, seller identity, total monthly price, currency, taxes, the absence of delivery charges for the digital service, renewal, cancellation and, for consumers, withdrawal and conformity rights. The order acknowledgement and contractual information are supplied in a form that can be stored and reproduced.

Intellectual property

SYNRADX claims only the rights it owns or lawfully uses in the IMORAY brand, interface, software, documentation and proprietary materials. The IMORAY name and brand belong to SYNRADX TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L. Rights in customer-submitted content remain with the customer or lawful owner. The right to use the service is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and valid for the contract term.

Technical providers

The service uses specialist providers for cloud infrastructure, databases, AI processing, authentication, email and payments. Providers and their roles are described in the Subprocessor List and Privacy Notice.

Professional responsibility

The user is responsible for verifying transcription, report, impressions, measurements, laterality, negations, comparisons and sources before use. Copying, saving or exporting from IMORAY does not amount to medical validation or signing.

Governing law

Contracts are governed by Romanian law. The parties will first attempt an amicable resolution; failing that, disputes are resolved by the competent courts under applicable law. Consumers benefit from applicable mandatory protection and jurisdiction rules, which prevail over conflicting terms.

The Romanian version is the primary version. This English version is provided for accessibility; if the versions conflict, the Romanian version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
