How it works

    Choose the template

    Start from a standard template or from your own, pasted exactly as you use it, with your headings.

  2. 2

    Dictate

    Press the dictation button or F8 and speak. The text appears in your clinical language, and you can correct it before generating.

    Review and copy

    IMORAY drafts the report and the impression as editable text. You compare them with the images and source data, correct what is needed and copy the report in one click.

Every account starts in the Complete mode, with all the tools in view. For a simpler screen, switch to Essential in Account settings → General, and back at any time, without losing what you wrote.

Your templates

Every radiologist has a protocol of their own, with headings, order and wording they want to keep.

Paste your template exactly as you use it, and IMORAY fills in the dictated findings. The IMORAY library also includes standard templates for CT, MRI, ultrasound and X-ray.

Dictation up to 15 minutes

Typing the findings takes time, especially for long examinations.

Press the dictation button or F8 and speak for up to 15 minutes, pauses included. For punctuation, say “comma”, “period” or “semicolon”. On paid plans you save your abbreviations in the personal vocabulary, and dictation writes them exactly that way.

The report in your template, with the impression

Moving findings into the template and writing the impression is repetitive work.

IMORAY places the dictated findings in the template sections and drafts the impression from the content you provide. Everything stays editable text, with the dictated findings highlighted.

Left, right and numbers in view

Wrong laterality or a lost value is easy to miss when rereading.

In the Essential mode, under the report you see how often right, left and bilateral appear in the dictation, how many values it contains and which dictated values were not found in the report. In the Complete mode, the Check panel also shows template sentences that no longer appear, with “Put back”. The final check stays yours.

Request changes

Sometimes the generated report needs a precise correction, not a fresh start.

Type or dictate what should change, for example a measurement, and what stays the same. IMORAY applies the change to the report and the impression, and you check the result.

Review of the text

A contradiction between sections or a language error is easy to miss when rereading.

Review checks the report text separately and flags clear contradictions, unclear wording and obvious language errors, without rewriting the report.

Comparative dictation, with OCR

At a follow-up, the new report has to be set against the previous one.

Paste the anonymised previous report or upload up to 3 images of it, and OCR extracts the text. Dictate only what changed and choose whether the new report keeps the previous structure or the selected template.

For a less common pathology, you want the points worth reporting quickly.

IMORAY prepares an educational summary of the dictated pathology, with key points, a reporting checklist and checked sources. The summary stays separate from the report.

Xira, the assistant with a voice

You have a question about the app or a classification and do not want to leave the report.

Xira answers questions about IMORAY, radiology and medicine in general, with sources when needed. In voice conversation you ask aloud and the answer is read back to you. Answers are educational, and you verify them before clinical use.

Describe how you want the report and impressions worded, or start from anonymised examples. Preferences shape the wording only and are never used as clinical information.

Dictation, templates and drafting use your selected clinical language, and the interface is available in 26 languages. Romanian and English are pilot-tested in IMORAY.

Clear limits, human review

IMORAY is a radiology documentation assistant for professionals. Its output is working text that you review and approve.

What IMORAY does

  • Turns the findings you dictate or type into an editable, structured draft.
  • Drafts impressions from the content you provide, for you to check against the report.
  • Flags clear contradictions and obvious language errors in the text through Review.

What IMORAY does not do

  • IMORAY does not interpret images.
  • IMORAY does not replace professional judgment.
  • It does not provide medical consultations and is not intended for patients.
  • It does not sign, transmit or finalise a report on its own.

You approve every report

AI can be wrong. Before use, you check negation, laterality, numbers and units, then correct or reject the output.

No patient-identifying data

Do not enter names, national identification numbers, contact details, case numbers or other direct patient identifiers. IMORAY does not need them for drafting.

Where it runs

The app and its database run on Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region (Belgium). AI features use Google Gemini models, whose processing location at the provider is global. For paid Gemini services, Google states that inputs and outputs are not used to improve its products. We do not use clinical content for advertising or to train a general model of our own.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Essential mode?

A simpler screen with only what you need for everyday reporting: choose the template, dictate, review the report and the impression, request changes if needed, then copy them. Every account starts in the Complete mode, with all the tools; switch to Essential in Account settings → General.

Who is IMORAY for?

For radiologists and authorised professional staff. IMORAY is not intended for patients and does not provide medical consultations.

Can I enter patient data?

Do not enter names, national identification numbers, contact details, case numbers or other direct patient identifiers. For comparisons or Personal Style, use anonymised documents only.

Who is responsible for the final report?

You are. The output is editable working text: you compare it with the images and source data, correct it and finalise it in your professional system. Medical responsibility remains with the professional.

What does the trial include?

The trial is free for 7 days and needs no card. Up to 10 reports and 40 dictation minutes. Includes Review, Pathology Summary and Personal Style. Does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.

How do I cancel?

Stop the renewal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid, and access continues until then. Consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
